Have stayed in Batam View many times but this was the first time after the extensive renovation. Really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are all modern, mattress and pillows were nice and firm. The rooms and building were nicely renovated, the beach chairs near the private beach could be improved but Im sure its a work in progress. Really appreciated the privacy of beach. While there are obviously fancier hotels, what makes Batam View good is the excellent customer service - from the staff who picked us up at ferry terminal, to the transport, to the reception and banquet staff were all welcoming, especially to kids. Also appreciated the High Tea & Drink Coupons we got. Stayed with my 2 kids and we all enjoyed it. Thanks Batam View!

We were here during the Christmas period and really enjoyed the Christmas Eve event put together by the resort. There were live food stations, live music, magic show and even fireworks. The staffs also dressed up as Santa and Santarina.
